You can also explore Oostnieuwkerke on roller skates. You start on Basijnsmolenstraat near the cozy Brigidapark. A short way down Basijnsmolenstraat, you turn into Cockstraat and rediscover the quiet streets of Oostnieuwkerke. Via Rozestraat, you end up on Meiboostraat. Then you come to Veldstraat where you encounter two buffer ponds. Can you spot the beautiful swans? You can also take a peaceful walk around the buffer pond. We continue the route via Spanjestraat and Colliemolenstraat. Again, through small roads, we make our way closer to the center of Oostnieuwkerke.
