At the start of the bike ride, we visit the Klokkenmakerij Rudi Degeest in Overlaar.
Furthermore, Rudi will also give a short tour of the Early Romanesque church of Overlaar across the street.
Rudi has years of experience in restoring tower clocks, pendulums, standing clocks, and even astronomical timepieces.
He not only repairs damaged pieces but also manufactures missing or irreparable components.
After the visit in Overlaar, we cycle further along Jodoigne to Jauche and back over Racour to Tienen.
