Very nice walk around this small village of Condroz Namur, which extends on the territory of Gesves. Walk mainly forest, in the valley of the Samson (river) for a large part. The forest of Sorinne is splendid, and almost deserted. At the bend of a path, we come across the abandoned industrial site of an old sandstone quarry. This site is accessible and plunges us into the past.
In the last part of the walk, it happens that beatings (hunting) are organized. During hunting season, to avoid a detour, it is better to check the site of Assesse and Gesves.
