The walk starts at the market square and goes through the historic center of Tervuren to the Kapbos in Duisburg, which is well connected to the Sonian forest. At Dronkemansdreef you can enjoy a beautiful view over Duisburg and Eizer. There are even a number of grape greenhouses to explore, which defined the entire landscape here until 50 years ago.
This walk is not marked on the ground. Follow the wooden posts with the yellow strip. The route can be downloaded from www.visittervuren.be and is also described in a hiking brochure available at the reception center, Markt 7B in Tervuren. This walk is offered by Tourisme Brabant Flamand and Visit Tervuren.
