On the Helsana Trail Hospental, athletes experience a challenging route of 18.2 kilometers through the impressive nature of the Urner Alps. The extremely difficult route ascends 486 meters in elevation and provides a seamless connection between Hospental and the surrounding landscape. The large part of the trail runs on unpaved paths, far from urban areas, showcasing the untouched beauty of the region.
