At Altschweiler, you can experience the beautiful Bühlertal, where grape fields and fruit cultivation thrive. In the long valley, grapes give way to the famous blue Bühler plums. It is a region known for its relatively mild climate, which is one of the reasons it is popular with holidaymakers. In August, the 'Zwetschgenfest' (plum festival) is celebrated. Hikers are also not forgotten; a path has been laid out in the Bühlertal that leads to the Gertelbach Gorge. Along the way, you will walk over 18 bridges and climb more than 400 steps to enjoy the waterfalls cascading below you from the highest point.
