Description

Even before Oberhausen, the former draught horse of the German economy makes itself known to the traveller with a panorama of chimneys, factory complexes and the Gasometer Oberhausen. This steel colossus, which stands right next to the highway, has a diameter of 61 meters and is 117 meters high. It spans a space in which you can even hide the Utrecht Cathedral.
