Krautheim Castle was built in 1213 by Wolfrad I of Krautheim on a mountain spur overlooking Krautheim in the Hohenlohe district of Baden-Württemberg. Today, the extensive complex still retains the main tower, curtain wall, parts of the palace, and an early Gothic chapel with a noble gallery. After various rulerships, the complex is now owned by the state of Baden-Württemberg.
