Negenborn is a municipality in the district of Holzminden in Lower Saxony and, along with Klostergut and Kloster Amelungsborn, belongs to the collective municipality of Bevern.
Negenborn is located surrounded by Burgberg, Vogler, and the Odfeld plateau in the valley at the entrance to the Hooptal.
Neighboring municipalities are Golmbach and Holenberg to the north, Stadtoldendorf to the east, and Arholzen, Lobach, and Deensen to the south.
