Görzke

Görzke is a municipality in the western part of the Brandenburg district of Potsdam-Mittelmark and belongs to the Ziesar office.

The municipality of Görzke is located in the Hohen Fläming in the eponymous nature park by the stream Buckau, about 35 kilometers southwest of Brandenburg an der Havel. The western municipal boundary forms the state border between Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt. To the north is the town of Ziesar; following in a clockwise direction are the municipalities of Buckautal, Gräben, the Bad Belzig district of Werben, the district of Benken from the municipality of Wiesenburg/Mark, the municipal center of Wiesenburg/Mark, as well as the residential places Neuehütten, Reetzerhütten and the other districts of Mahlsdorf and Reppinichen. To the west of the state border with Saxony-Anhalt is the district of Lübars of the town of Möckern in the Jerichower Land district.
