The Bredershof is a farm complex in Niederdollendorf, a district of the town of Königswinter in the North Rhine-Westphalian Rhein-Sieg-Kreis. It is located on the main road. The Bredershof is listed as a historic monument.
The Bredershof dates back to a free farm from the 17th century, which belonged to the nobles of the von Breder family, and is assigned to the Franconian farm type. Breder or Bredder is a name that was first documented in the 16th century. The Bredershof was one of the once six free farms that sent a juror to the so-called Markgedinge of the parish of Niederdollendorf. In the 18th century, it was the residence of the judge of the Löwenburg office of Weiler. Around 1840, the Bredershof was cultivated by a winemaker. From about 1882, after a change of ownership, it continued to serve as a winery, and in the following time, additional agricultural land was acquired. In the summer of 1894, the operator received a permit to serve wine and coffee. On a related property at Sumpfweg, the "Rheinpavillon Brederhof" was created as a restaurant. In 1936, the wine cellar vault was expanded. After the winemaking operation ceased, the Bredershof, which was the last winery in Niederdollendorf, was reopened as a restaurant in 1974. The formerly associated vineyards on Godesberger Straße were converted into building land. In 1979, after a period of vacancy, a comprehensive renovation of the property took place. From 1981 until the end of the 1980s, it served as an exhibition venue for a gallery owner. Today, the Bredershof is again used as a restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining.
