The Flensburg District Court is a German court of general jurisdiction. It is one of four district courts in the district of the Flensburg Regional Court and one of 22 district courts in the state of Schleswig-Holstein.
As part of the reform of the district court structure, the neighboring Kappeln District Court was dissolved on March 31, 2007. The areas of the municipalities of Gelting and Steinbergkirche from the district of the Kappeln District Court were merged into the district of the Flensburg District Court.
