The marina is located in a branch of the canal that leads to a quarry pond with sand extraction. In addition to the 70 long-term berths, there are 15 berths for guests, boats of 8 to 15 meters in length are allowed.
The marina does not have its own berth for boats. A slipway is located about two kilometres away at the Flaesheim lock, a ten-tonne crane behind the Ahsen lock at a distance of ten kilometres on the Dattelner Meer. The marina offers typical services, utilities and sanitary facilities.
