Monraburg is a 377 m high mountain of the Schmücke mountain range with a prehistoric and early historic rampart near Großmonra in the district of Sömmerda in Thuringia.
The Monraburg is located at 377 m above sea level north above the village of Großmonra in the vicinity of the Künzelsberg, the highest elevation of the Schmücke mountain range. At the exit of the Großmonra district of Burgwenden, the Wendenburg rises to the left. This is followed by the Monraburg ridge with the remarkable remains of the prehistoric and early historic ramparts. The crossroads below the elevation leads to the Kammerforst on the right and steeply ascending to the Monraburg on the left and on to the Künzelsberg.
