The eastern shore of the Steinhuder Meer is a former nature reserve in the Lower Saxony towns of Wunstorf and Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Hanover region.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG HA 030 was 360 hectares in size. It was completely part of the FFH area "Steinhuder Meer" and the EU bird sanctuary "Steinhuder Meer". In the east, it bordered on the former nature reserve "Wunstorfer Moor". A little to the south was the former nature reserve "Wulveskuhlen". The area had been a nature reserve since 24 December 1970. In May 1982, it was expanded to the northeast by a former peat extraction area. On 27 May 2016, the ordinance was repealed as a nature reserve. The areas became part of the new NSG HA 154 Totes Moor. The responsible lower nature conservation authority was the Hanover region.
