The so-called Viking settlement of Füsing is located in a district of Schaalby on the Schlei in northern Schleswig-Holstein. The Füsing site is a large early medieval/Viking Age settlement in the southwest of the Angeln region, Schleswig-Holstein. The site was discovered in August 2003 through metal detector investigations by the archaeologist Andres Dobat from the University of Aarhus.
