The University of Finance is a university of applied sciences for public administration in Nordkirchen, Germany. At the University of Applied Sciences, the state of North Rhine-Westphalia trains junior staff for career group 2.1 within the state's financial administration. During their studies, the finance candidates are accommodated in Nordkirchen Castle and in adjacent, additionally constructed new buildings. Successfully completed studies entitle the holder to use the academic degree of Diplom-Finanzwirt .
