The Schängel Fountain, originally also called the Schängelchen Fountain, is a fountain located in the old town of Koblenz. Since 1941, it has stood in the courtyard of the town hall, surrounded by Renaissance and Baroque buildings. This fountain has memorialized the Koblenz Schängel and his pranks, as well as the zest for life of the citizens of Koblenz. The Schängel Fountain is a landmark of the city of Koblenz.
