The Saint Martin's Church is a church building in Weinfeld, a place in the German Eifel where the population once left due to fires, wars, and the plague, and has had no residents since 1562 with the departure of the last pastor. The church is beautifully situated on the edge of a pond named after the village and filled with water.
The only building that remains from the old village is Saint Martin's Church. In the surrounding cemetery, the deceased residents of the village Schalkenmehren are still buried today.
