The Jever District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eleven district courts in the district of the Oldenburg Regional Court.
The court is located in Jever in the Friesland district of Lower Saxony. The court district encompasses the northern part of the district, including the towns of Jever and Schortens as well as the municipalities of Sande, Wangerland, and Wangerooge. The Jever District Court is overseen by the Oldenburg Regional Court, with the responsible Higher Regional Court being the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court.
