The Salzkopf Tower is a 24-meter-high observation tower on the Salzkopf in the Binger Forest, a part of the Hunsrück near Bingen am Rhein in Rhineland-Palatinate.
The Salzkopf Tower stands on the Salzkopf in the Binger Forest, which, at 627.6 m above sea level, is the second highest mountain in this forest area, after the nearby Kandrich. The Salzkopf summit, which belongs to the municipality of Weiler bei Bingen in the Mainz-Bingen district, is located about 4 km north-northeast of Daxweiler and can be reached via various hiking trails, including the European long-distance path E8 from the west via the forest lodge Lauschhütte located by the district road K 29.
