Abraham is a brand of raw ham specialties. The products are sold in 20 European countries as well as the USA. Since September 2012, the Abraham brand has belonged to Bell Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in Seevetal, a subsidiary of the Swiss Bell AG.
In 1971, Rolf and Jürgen Abraham founded a ham smokehouse in Moisburg near Buxtehude, which produced 20,000 hams and an annual turnover of 1.5 million euros in the first year. The company took over the Harkebrügger ham smokehouse Helmut Schumacher and founded the US sales company Abraham of North-America Incorporated in 1988.
