The Greffener Mark quarry pond is a 41.9-hectare nature reserve north of Greffen, a district in Harsewinkel in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and was placed under protection on February 24, 1997. The official code number is GT-029.
The nature reserve includes two bodies of water that were created by excavations. The eastern body of water has already been recultivated and surrounded by forest – mostly alders. At the edge of the water you can find floating leaf and underwater vegetation. On the southern edge is a border of reeds. In the north of the lake, pioneer trees also grow. Separated by the Tatenhauser Weg is a mixed pine forest with two small lakes.
