The Kopperhörner Mill is a Dutch windmill on Mühlenweg in the Heppens district of the city of Wilhelmshaven, about one kilometer east of the Wilhelmshaven town hall.
The mill was located outside the city when it was built, as Bismarckstraße was the northern city limit. A predecessor building dates back to 1547, which was probably destroyed in a storm in 1698. The current gallery Dutch mill with weather vane was built in 1839 as a pellet and grinding mill.
