The Kattholzeiche, a pedunculate oak, is a solitary tree and natural monument in the district of Plön in Schleswig-Holstein. It is located in the municipality of Belau on the estate of Perdöl, east of Wankendorf. The age of the pedunculate oak is between 320 and 450 years, with a trunk circumference of 12.8 m.
The tree is already mentioned in the Forestry Botanical Record of 1906, where it is also illustrated. The oak formed a base through large trunk outgrowths. At that time, it had a circumference of 5.80 meters at a height of 1.45 meters and 8.70 meters at a height of one meter above these outgrowths. The trunk was then 6 m high up to the first larger branch; the top height was about 12 m with partly dead branches and a small crown. The tree was also described in "Trees and Forests of Schleswig-Holstein: A Contribution to the Natural and Cultural History of the Province" from the same year.
