The ruins of Lauterburg are the ruins of a spur castle in the district of Lauterburg in the municipality of Essingen in the Ostalbkreis in Baden-Württemberg.
The castle was probably built at the beginning of the 12th century. Adalbert of Lauterburg was first mentioned in 1128. In the 13th to 14th century, a new building was constructed, and in 1594 the new palace was built in Renaissance style; it fell victim to a fire disaster in 1732. The castle church was built in 1607 and is now the village church.
