The Heidkopf near Jagdhaus in the North Rhine-Westphalian Hochsauerlandkreis is a mountain that rises to a height of 665.9 m above NHN in the Rothaar mountains.
The Heidkopf is located in the middle part of the Rothaarrange in the Sauerland-Rothaar mountains nature park. Its summit is about 5 km south of Schmallenberg, 3 km south-southeast of its district Fleckenberg and 400 m northwest of its district Jagdhaus. The mountain is part of a ridge that branches off in a northwestern direction from the main mountain ridge and separates the Lenne tributaries flowing northwest, Latrop in the northeast and Uentrop in the west; the Uentrop is fed by the stream Weinkännchen that springs south of the elevation near Latrop. On its southern flank lies the small forest named after the St. Hubertus Chapel located there, which is designated as a natural monument.
