The Viaduc de la Sûre (Sauer) has a length of 1,195 meters and spans the Sauer. Additionally, the bridge crosses the N10 and the B418.
The bridge is the longest, but at a height of 92 meters, it is also the highest viaduct in Luxembourg. The bridge has 11 spans. The main span over the Sauer measures 150 meters.
The deck of the viaduct is 27 meters wide and has 2x2 traffic lanes with shoulder strips. The pillars of the bridge are 3.60 meters wide at the top and 10.80 meters long.
The bridge is located on Luxembourg territory for 428 meters. The remaining 767 meters are in Germany. On the southwest side of the viaduct, there is a connection to Wasserbillig. East of the bridge, there is a connection to Trier after a few kilometers.
The bridge was inaugurated on September 6, 1988.
