The Riensheide with Stichter See and Sägenmoor is a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Neuenkirchen and the town of Soltau in the district of Heidekreis.
The nature reserve with the designation NSG LÜ 298 is around 250 hectares in size and is located in the headwaters of Bomlitz and Warnau. It is largely surrounded by the "Riensheide" nature reserve. The approximately 140-hectare FFH area "Riensheide" is part of the nature reserve. The area has been under protection since 30 January 2014. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Heidekreis.
