Het Riensheide met het Stichtermeer en het Sägenmoor is een natuurgebied in de Neder-Saksische gemeente Neuenkirchen en de stad Soltau in de Landkreis Heidekreis.
Het natuurgebied met het kenmerk NSG LÜ 298 is ongeveer 250 hectare groot en ligt in de brongebieden van de Bomlitz en de Warnau. Het wordt grotendeels omringd door het landschap beschermde gebied "Riensheide". Het ongeveer 140 hectare grote FFH-gebied "Riensheide" maakt deel uit van het natuurgebied. Het gebied is sinds 30 januari 2014 beschermd. De verantwoordelijke lagere natuurbeheerautoriteit is de Landkreis Heidekreis.
