La Riensheide avec le Stichter See et le Sägenmoor est une réserve naturelle dans la commune de Neuenkirchen en Basse-Saxe et la ville de Soltau dans le district de Heidekreis.
La réserve naturelle portant le code NSG LÜ 298 s'étend sur environ 250 hectares et se situe dans les zones de source de Bomlitz et de Warnau. Elle est entourée en grande partie par la zone de protection des paysages « Riensheide ». La zone de 140 hectares du site d'importance communautaire « Riensheide » fait partie de la réserve naturelle. La zone est protégée depuis le 30 janvier 2014. L'autorité inférieure responsable de la protection de la nature est le district de Heidekreis.
