The landscape protection area Rosengarten–Kiekeberg–Stuvenwald extends over the Harburger Mountains from Neu Wulmstorf and the state border to Hamburg in the north to Buchholz in the Nordheide in the Harburg district in Lower Saxony. It is located in the municipalities of Neu Wulmstorf, Wenzendorf, Rosengarten, and Seevetal, the Hollenstedt collective municipality, as well as in the city of Buchholz in der Nordheide.
With its initial designation in 1965, the LSG is one of the oldest protected areas in the district.
