The megalithic grave Rastede, also known as Old Chapel, is a burial site of the Neolithic Funnel Beaker culture near the municipality of Rastede in the district of Ammerland. It carries the Sprockhoff number 924.
It belongs to the type of passage graves and is oriented northwest-southeast. The burial chamber is located in a flat hill and has a length of about 4 meters and a width of about 1.6 meters. The grave is in poor condition. On the northern long side, two wall stones are still preserved in situ, one more on the southern long side, along with the wall stone on the eastern short side. Additionally, the western wall stone of the passage is preserved, which lies on the southern side of the burial chamber. Another stone is located at the edge of the mound. All other stones were used in the 19th century for the construction of the grand-ducal monument at Rastede Castle.
