Diepholzer Maschinenfabrik Fritz Schöttler GmbH was one of the best-known field track manufacturers in Germany, alongside SCHÖMA. The factory was located in Diepholz. The company mainly produced locomotives for field, peat and mining rail. Usually these locomotives were equipped with a diesel engine, but also with accumulators. From 1960 onwards, standard-gauge shunting locomotives were also made.
