The District Court of Rees was a local court located in the city of Rees in the Lower Rhine district of Kleve until June 30, 1975, and was subordinate to the Regional Court of Duisburg. Its jurisdiction has since been fully incorporated into the District Court of Emmerich, which is subordinate to the Regional Court of Kleve. The premises of the former court, Sahlerstrasse 2, are now used as a registry office.
