The building Tempelstraße 10 is a villa in the Bonn district of Gronau, which was built in 1900/01. It is located on Tempelstraße, which branches off from Adenauerallee above the banks of the Rhine. The villa is a listed building.
The villa was built for the builder Dittmar Finkler, a physician and professor at the University of Bonn, who was also the owner of the later Crown Prince's Villa opposite, on whose property Wörthstraße had been built in 1898 and a double villa on the same in 1899/1900, which was intended for resale. Stylistically, the villa can be attributed to the picturesque and abstract Baroque with décor transformed by Art Nouveau.
