St. Laurentius is the Roman Catholic parish church of Uedem in the district of Kleve. It stands on the market square and dominates the townscape with its tall pair of towers.
The foundation of the Uedem church with the patronage of the Roman deacon and martyr Lawrence is assumed to have been in the 12th century. The oldest documentary evidence dates back to 1266. The modest Romanesque building had been a parish church since 1300.
