The Wisseler See is an artificial swimming lake in the Kalkar district of Wissel in the district of Kleve in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
Originally created by gravel dredging, Lake Wissel is now primarily a well-frequented lido. The water quality is consistently rated as excellent, so that in 1990 the lake was the first German inland body of water to be awarded the environmental symbol of the European Union, the European Blue Flag.
