The District Court of Stolberg was a local court located in Stolberg until March 31, 1973, which was under the jurisdiction of the Regional Court of Aachen. Its district has since belonged entirely to the District Court of Eschweiler. The places Büsbach, Gressenich, and Stolberg, which had already belonged to the Eschweiler judicial district since 1808, thus returned to Eschweiler in 1973.
