Schloss Schenkendorf is a representative villa located in the district of Schenkendorf, which belongs to the town of Mittenwalde, about 15 kilometers south of the city limits of Berlin.
The castle, influenced by Neoclassicism, consists of an ensemble of twelve other buildings. It was built in 1896 on behalf of Rudolf Mosse and is situated in a natural park covering approximately 16 hectares. This park is protected and is home to blue, yellow, and white spring anemones, among other species. The two-story main house, featuring a constructed hipped roof, is modeled after the Italian country house style. The exterior cladding consists of brick and plaster.
