The Funkhaus Nalepastraße is a partly listed building complex in the Berlin district of Treptow-Köpenick, district of Oberschöneweide. From 1956 to 1990, the GDR's broadcasting service was based here. Since its dissolution, the complex has been called Funkhaus Berlin.
All German radio programs broadcast in Berlin were initially created at the Haus des Rundfunks on Masurenallee. This building was located in the British sector of Berlin according to the four-power status after the end of World War II. With the founding of the GDR, the new broadcasters Berliner Rundfunk and Deutschlandsender were developed under the supervision of the Soviet occupying power, which were no longer tolerated by the British on Masurenallee.
