The Kaufpark Eiche is a shopping center in Eiche, municipality of Ahrensfelde. It is operated by Mfi Management for Real Estate. On a total area of 160,000 square meters, there is a two-story building complex and a parking lot. The center consists of specialty markets, specialty shops, and gastronomy.
The shopping center, with a gross floor area of 67,000 square meters, was opened in 1994 on Landsberger Chaussee, just a few meters behind the Berlin city limits. 4,000 free parking spaces and a gas station are available to visitors. Initially, after the reunification, a branch of the grocery chain Kaufland was established at the same location. A few years later, the current building complex was constructed.
