Schwarzkollm is a village in the municipality of Hoyerswerda, in Saxony, Germany, with a population of 899 .
The village centre of Schwarzkollm is of the long-moor type and is located in the wooded pond landscape of the Upper Lusatia. Other settlements belonging to Schwarzkollm are Koselbruch, Petzerberg, Sandwäsche and Waldesruh. To the east of the village is the 153.5-metre-high Steinberg, which is used as a quarry. The three other hills in the area are the Gerichtsberg, the Kubitzberg and the Petzerberg.
