The Curauer Au, often correctly referred to as Curau, is a river in the municipalities of Stockelsdorf, Ahrensbök, and Ratekau in the Ostholstein district, Schleswig-Holstein.
It originates from the Curauer Moor in the Ahrensbök end moraine ridge east of Dakendorf and flows eastwards, passing the town of Curau to the north, then flows in a northeastern direction and empties into the Schwartau at Rohlsdorf, to which it is one of the most significant tributaries.
A tributary of the Curau is the Schwinkenrader Mühlenbach, where the remnants of the water mill are still preserved. It originates in the Schwinkenrader Forest in the Böbs district of Ahrensbök.
