The Koitsche is a wooded elevation on the southwestern edge of the village of Hörnitz in the Lusatian Mountains in Saxony. The name comes from Upper Sorbian chójca.
The Koitsche is a popular excursion destination near Zittau, about seven kilometers away from the city center. The Koitsche is surrounded to the east by Hörnitz, to the northeast by Mittelherwigsdorf, to the northwest by Hainewalde, and to the south by Bertsdorf-Hörnitz. To the north rises the Scheibeberg.
