Döbschütz is a district of the eastern Saxon municipality of Vierkirchen in the district of Görlitz. The water castle Döbschütz, one of the oldest castles in Upper Lusatia, is the ancestral home of the noble family of Debschitz.
Döbschütz is located in the central part of the district between Niesky, Görlitz, and Löbau. To the north of the village, the Federal Highway 4 runs, with the interchange Nieder Seifersdorf being about a kilometer away. The state road 124, leading to Reichenbach/O.L., runs through the village and merges into the state road 122 to the north of the village. Döbschütz is traversed by the Schwarzer Schöps. To the east of the actual village lies the Heideberg, which belongs to Döbschütz, with the settlement of the same name.
