Hermannsklippe
The Hermann Cliff is a granite cliff on the Hermannstraße section of the Heinrich Heine hiking trail below the summit of the Brocken. It is 747 meters above sea level and only a few tens of meters from the confluence of the said path and the Hirtenstieg.
The freely accessible flat rock can be easily reached. It offers you a beautiful view to the north of the mountains and forests of the Harz Mountains, far into the northern Harz.
The Hermann cliff is not secured. When climbing on the granite rock, caution is advised. Make sure you don't crash.
