Villa Carlshagen, also Villa Karlshagen, is a listed building located in Potsdam, Olympischer Weg 1. The property, located on the shores of Lake Templin, is surrounded by the area of the Luftschiffhafen sports park. According to the plans of the architect Friedrich Wilhelm Göhre, a residential building in the classical style was built in 1909/1910. It was named after the former Berlin owner and banker Carl Hagen.
The Berlin freight forwarder Moreau Ballette acquired land from the Potsdam merchant Meyer Isaac Cohn, which stretched from Louisenstraße, later Zeppelinstraße, to the shore of Lake Templin. Around 1870, Ballette had a small tower villa built on the property, the construction of which is said to have been carried out by the Potsdam master mason, Otto Held. Ballette expanded the property in 1875 by buying land from Westend-Potsdam-Baubank-AG, which had collapsed during the founders' crash. After the ballets, master mason Held lived in the house from 1889 to 1899.
