The Langenbach, also called Schwarzer Langenbach, is an approximately 3 km long, western and orographic left tributary of the Ilse in the district of Siegen-Wittgenstein, North Rhine-Westphalia.
The Langenbach rises and runs in the south of the Rothaargebirge and Westphalia and in the southeast of the Sauerland-Rothaargebirge Nature Park. Its source is located about 480 metres northwest of the summit of the Jagdberg and 600 m southwest of Heiligenborn, a hamlet in the urban area of Bad Laasphe. It lies at an altitude of about 647 m above sea level in a small swampy spring area.
