The Nörvenich train station of the Düren Kreisbahn was located on the western edge of Nörvenich. The railway lines from Kerpen and Distelrath that led into the station each had an entry signal. From 1928 onwards, the electrically operated trains from Düren terminated at Nörvenich station. Since then, tracks 1, 2, and 3 of the station have been electrified with 600 volts of direct current.
